We are seeking dedicated Airline Ground Staff for our location in Aurangabad, Bihar. This role involves supporting airport operations and providing excellent customer service to passengers. Key Responsibilities:
1. **Passenger Assistance**: Greet and assist passengers as they check-in, helping them with baggage and answering queries to ensure a smooth travel experience.
2. **Check-In Operations**: Manage the check-in process efficiently, including verifying travel documents, issuing boarding passes, and ensuring all passenger information is accurate.
3. **Baggage Handling**: Safely manage passenger luggage, ensuring that it is properly tagged and loaded onto the aircraft, while addressing any baggage-related issues promptly.
4. **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all airport safety protocols are followed by adhering to security measures and assisting with safety briefings when necessary.
5. **Communication**: Act as a liaison between passengers and airline personnel, communicating flight information, delays, or other updates clearly and promptly.
