Hiring Freshers || Agriculture Officer

Fyield is an early-stage startup building data-driven solutions that help underserved businesses and individuals become more visible, verifiable, and finance-ready.

We are looking for an Agribusiness Research & Operations Intern to support our early operations as we work with farmers, agribusiness partners, lenders, and other institutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Organizing farmer and business profiles

• Supporting document collection and verification

• Researching lenders, off-takers, agribusiness companies, and potential partners

• Maintaining internal records and operational checklists

• Supporting farmer onboarding and data organization

• Assisting with reports, research, and profile preparation

• Following up on missing information and documents

• Supporting day-to-day startup operations where required

Who we are looking for:

• Strong research and communication skills

• Comfortable working with data, documents, and spreadsheets

• Organized and able to work independently

• Interested in agribusiness, fintech, financial inclusion, data, or startups

• Willing to learn and take responsibility in a very early-stage environment

Compensation:

This is currently an UNPAID internship.

Fyield is still at a very early stage, so applicants should not expect a salary or monthly stipend at this time. Please apply only if you are comfortable joining an early-stage startup on this basis.

The main benefit of the role is practical experience working closely with an early startup team on real agribusiness, data, verification, financial inclusion, and partnership operations.

Any future paid role, equity, or other compensation would only be considered separately based on contribution, company growth, and a formal agreement. Nothing is guaranteed as part of this internship.
