We are seeking a motivated and friendly Admission Counsellor to join our team in Andheri West, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will assist prospective students in navigating the admissions process to ensure they find the right educational programs.

Key responsibilities include:

1. **Student Interaction:** Actively engage with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to provide information about available courses and admission procedures.

2. **Counselling:** Offer personalized guidance to students to help them choose the best courses based on their interests, academic background, and career goals.

3. **Documentation:** Assist students with the preparation and submission of admission documents, ensuring that all information is accurate and complete.

4. **Follow-Up:** Maintain regular follow-ups with potential students to keep them informed about application status and any upcoming deadlines.

5. **Reporting:** Keep track of inquiries, applications, and student feedback, and provide updates to the management team as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. A minimum education level of 12th pass is required. Candidates should have good organizational skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
