The Admin Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This will include managing office supplies, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting colleagues when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing office supplies: Ordering, stocking, and organizing supplies to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
- Organizing files: Maintaining physical and electronic files in an orderly manner for easy access and retrieval.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings: Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events for the team.
- Assisting colleagues: Providing support to colleagues by helping with tasks such as data entry, preparing documents, and handling phone calls.
Required Skills and Expectations:
- Graduate with 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage office operations.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and external parties.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office suite.
