Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Account Executive to join our team in Surya Nagar, Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 6 years of experience in handling client accounts and will be responsible for building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

As an Account Executive, your key responsibilities will include managing client accounts effectively. You will identify client needs, offer appropriate solutions, and ensure timely delivery of services. You should be able to resolve any issues that arise while maintaining good relationships with clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets, which involves developing strategies to promote our products or services.

Your role will include regular communication with clients to gather feedback and understand their requirements clearly. You will also prepare reports on account status and sales performance to present to the management team.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues effectively. Strong organizational skills are essential to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. A graduate degree is required, and understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management will be beneficial. You should be a proactive problem solver who can work well under pressure and is willing to adapt to the dynamic needs of the job while maintaining a positive attitude.
