Job Description

- maintain day-to-day accounting entries in tally/erp system.

- handle accounts payable and receivable. and prepare and post journal entries.

- reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.

- maintain general ledger and asset records.

- verify vendor invoices with purchase orders and grns.

- assist in filing of gst, tds, and other statutory returns.

- prepare required documents for statutory audits.

- ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

- prepare expense reports, mis reports, and financial summaries.

- support the preparation of balance sheet and p&l schedules.
