HR Operations : Oversee employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring smooth HR processes.HRMS Management : Optimize HRMS platforms and ensure data integrity.Compliance & Policies : Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with labour laws.Compensation & Payroll : Manage payroll, ensuring accuracy and statutory compliance.Office Administration : Oversees daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization, acting as the primary point of contact for staff and visitors.Plant Administration : Oversee the workers / Staff accommodation, guest house etcReporting & Analysis : Provide HR and Admin related updates and insights to management.

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP system.- Handle accounts payable and receivable. And prepare and post journal entries.- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.- Maintain general ledger and asset records.- Verify vendor invoices with purchase orders and GRNs.- Assist in filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.- Prepare required documents for statutory audits.- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.- Prepare expense reports, MIS reports, and financial summaries.- Support the preparation of balance sheet and P&L schedules.
