We are seeking a dedicated Academic Counsellor to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will assist students in their academic journeys and provide support in their educational choices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Counsel Students:** Engage with students to understand their academic preferences, strengths, and weaknesses, guiding them toward suitable educational paths.

- **Provide Information:** Share details about various courses, programs, and admission processes to help students make informed decisions regarding their education.

- **Support Admissions:** Assist students with the application process, ensuring they fulfill requirements and submit their applications on time.

- **Conduct Workshops:** Organize and lead workshops on study techniques, exam preparation, and career development to empower students.

- **Track Progress:** Monitor the academic development of students and offer additional support or resources as needed to help them achieve their goals.

- **Build Relationships:** Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions to foster a supportive educational environment.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have strong communication skills for effective interaction with students and parents. A background in education or counseling is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level applicants. Patience and empathy are essential to provide the best support to students.
