Urgent Requirement For Academic Counsellor

We are seeking an Academic Counsellor to support students in their educational journey. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and a diploma in a relevant field. This full-time position is based in our office in Khajuraho, Jhansi.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Guidance: Provide information and advice to students on course options, admission processes, and career pathways to help them make informed decisions.

2. Personalized Counseling: Conduct one-on-one sessions with students to understand their academic strengths, interests, and challenges, and tailor recommendations accordingly.

3. Planning and Organization: Assist students in developing academic plans and schedules that align with their goals while ensuring they meet necessary deadlines.

4. Monitoring Progress: Track students' academic performance and offer support for improvement, helping them to stay motivated and focused on their studies.

5. Workshops and Events: Organize and lead workshops or informational sessions to educate students about further education opportunities and essential skills.

Candidates should possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with students and parents. They must demonstrate empathy and understanding, maintaining a supportive environment.
