Job Title: Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Counsellor to guide and support students/clients by understanding their needs, providing appropriate guidance, and helping them make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide counselling and guidance to students/clients.

Understand individual requirements and suggest suitable courses/programs/services.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing students.

Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and student data.

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth processing of admissions/services.

Address queries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

Achieve assigned targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Positive attitude and team player.
