Recruitment & StaffingManage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection,and onboarding.Coordinate with Regional Managers (RMs), Branch Managers (BMs), and Heads of Departments(HODs) to identify current and future manpower requirements.Ensure timely closure of open positions as per approved manpower plans.Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment MIS.2. Employee Engagement & RelationsPlan and execute employee engagement initiatives, welfare programs, and cultural activities.Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and effective manner.Conduct regular branch visits to interact with employees and promote a positive work environment.Support employee retention initiatives and foster high employee morale.3. Attendance & Leave ManagementMonitor and control daily attendance and leave records of employees.Ensure accurate and timely updates in HRMS.Prepare and validate monthly attendance and leave reports for payroll processing.4. Compliance & HR DocumentationEnsure adherence to statutory requirements and internal HR policies.Maintain employee personal files, records, and HR documentation accurately.5. Transfers, Promotions & Employee Lifecycle ManagementExecute employee transfers, promotions, confirmations, and role changes in line with companypolicies.Issue HR letters/orders related to appointments, transfers, promotions, extensions, and separations.Support workforce planning and succession initiatives.6. Performance Management, Rewards & RecognitionSupport implementation of performance appraisal systems and timelines.Coordinate performance reviews and feedback processes with managers.Design and implement rewards and recognition programs to motivate and retain talent.7. Training & DevelopmentCoordinate induction and orientation programs for new joiners.Support training initiatives including soft skills, functional, and compliance training.Identify training needs in coordination with business heads.8. HR Coordination & Generalist ActivitiesAct as a key HR point of contact between branches, regional offices, and Head Office.Assist in HR policy implementation, communication, and process improvements.Prepare HR MIS reports and provide insights to management as required.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of HR operations and statutory complianceExcellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skillsAbility to travel for branch visits and field coordinationProficiency in MS Office and HRMS toolsSelf-motivated, organized, solution-oriented, and approachableQualificationsMBA / Masters Degree in Human Resources35 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in BFSI or Co-operative sectorNote: The role requires hands-on involvement in day-to-day HR operations along with strategiccoordination to support business objectives and employee satisfaction.
