We are looking for a strategic HR Business Partner / People Leader with strong GCC experience and a background in management, strategy or HR consulting. The role will partner with senior leadership to drive people strategy, organizational transformation and talent initiatives across 1000+ employee environments.

Key Responsibilities

* Partner with senior stakeholders to align people strategy with business goals.

* Drive talent strategy, succession planning and leadership development.

* Lead organizational design, workforce planning and change management initiatives.

* Drive employee engagement, culture and employee experience programs.

* Develop people analytics and data-driven workforce strategies.

* Lead performance management and rewards initiatives.

* Ensure effective employee relations, compliance and HR governance.

* Support large-scale people transformation across GCC operations.

Key Requirements

* 13-20 years of progressive HR experience.

* Strong GCC / Global Capability Center experience - Mandatory.

* Prior experience in management / strategy / HR consulting - Mandatory.

* Strong HRBP, strategic HR and senior stakeholder management experience.

* Proven exposure to organization design, change management and workforce strategy.
