Identifying issues in brand penetration and using problem solving method for improving the situationd. Working on offline marketing initiatives by leading and coaching field key memberse. Visiting several markets for checking actual situation, role model creating and support activities implementationf. Defining guidelines for promotional activities in Marketing and improving it continuously

Primary Responsibility: Business support in coordination with HOD creation of collaterals & other marketing tools for sales promotion and branding Design communications (catalogue/price list /flyers) Prepare company merchandise Liaison with industry influencers Product sampling Conduct market demonstration with Designers at main markets distributors and customers Regular communicationso Sms - promotiono Emailers monthlyo Product promotion with distributors/customers / market Activationso Manage Internal sales team promotion

Book new orders, review order book, highlight despatches, release 1st order book. Tally and dispatch book sync.Check, bill, order, book update sheet, courier billing/cash, tracking, data update, with sales and customer and despatchAttend every Monday morning meetings with internal dept, Update VP ops, despatches in transit sheet, transport booking and track till arrivalsSpeak to customers & send despatch details to customersManaging containers a month. E-way bill, online e sealing, check list , send documents, track sheet, Review as and when required, entries in tally, collect files by Monday & daily with CSM, update record daily, Tally all figures and send a copy to GM & Finance Dept.Prepare MIS & Monthly report 2nd of every month
