Major Activities / TasksI. Managing Operations for Devices Developing and Implementing Operation Processes atDevice manufacturing sites Evaluating Heat Map for the existing capacities vis--visStrat Plan and recommending Capacity enhancementplans Coordinating Capex generation and approvals Ensuring availability of machines for Respiratory productsat Device manufacturing sites Device Inventory ManagementII. Managing Supplies from JP in alignment withunits, Planning and Business Teams. Collating the 3 months requirement from units, planningand business team and setting up manufacturing plans atJP. Ensuring the ordering and supplies happen in time. Page 2 Ensuring the availability of input material (RM & PM) tokeep the lines operational at JP. Managing Rejection replacements and ensuring CAPA. Managing the AVDs and supporting company RnD for NewProduct Development. Implement initiative for continuous improvement inprocess and ideas for saving targets. Foresee risk and hence developing & implementingstrategies to mitigate. Resolution of supply issues from JP. Generating weekly & monthly reports and circulating withconcern stake holders.III.
