Marketing Initiatives: Work with partners to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that enhance our service offerings. Market Awareness: Keep abreast of global industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities and address challenges. Candidate should have experience of sourcing tools & techniques such as social media, LinkedIn etc, preferably IT Exposure.Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business.Candidate should have solid verbal and written communication skillFamiliar with Applicant Tracking System & resume databaseJob Responsibility: Source potential candidates from various channels (job posting, social media, professional platforms etc)Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.Interview candidates (Via Phone, Video and in - person)Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database.Advertise Job Opening in Companys career page, social media, Job Boards and internallyDevelop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
