Familiar with Applicant Tracking System & resume database

Job Responsibility:

Source potential candidates from various channels (job posting, social media, professional platforms etc)

Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.

Interview candidates (Via Phone, Video and in - person)

Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database.

Advertise Job Opening in Companys career page, social media, Job Boards and internally

Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
