key responsibilities:

global partner development: identify, onboard, and support channel partners worldwide to broaden our global reach and impact.

client support excellence: deliver exceptional service to our partners, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

sales and service coordination: collaborate with internal teams to create strategies that support partner success and drive growth.

marketing initiatives: work with partners to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that enhance our service offerings.

market awareness: keep abreast of global industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities and address challenges.

performance reporting: track and report on key performance indicators related to partner engagement and client satisfaction.

requirements:

minimum 1 year of experience in client support or channel sales with a global focus

proven ability to manage and support international partners

strong communication and organizational skills
