The company is currently seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Manager/Executive with 2 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, initiative, project management abilities, and a strategic mindset. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, onboarding hospitality partners, building relationships, and negotiating contracts. Candidates will need to understand market trends and customer needs, and translate these into actionable business plans. Responsibilities also include collaborating with marketing, sales, and finance teams; creating a sales pipeline; analyzing sales data; and contributing to the companys overall growth strategy. Strong interpersonal, IT, and organizational skills are essential. A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
