Responsible for drafting and development of working drawing with detailed schematics to aid construction work and equipment producers.Working knowledge of Floor Planning, Elevation, Sections, and Finishing Details.Checking of Structural Drawing.Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from Architects / Civil Engineers to ensure that they confirm to design concepts.Maintain knowledge of Company standards and incorporate these into engineering design. Out-going attitude, Self-starter, attention to detail and strong work ethic. AutoCAD, Microsoft Office. Good Ability to understand the given tasks and zeal to learn & grow. Interested for long term association. Knowledge of Revit will be an advantage

Undertake design project from concept to completion. Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans. Set costs and project fees according to budget. Research and decide on materials and products sourcing. Produce sample and mood products. Supervise work progress. Coordinate with various Consultants (MEP, Structures etc) and Contractor. Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises. Source products, e.g. fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes, decoration and dressing, and provide samples for clients. Make presentations of concepts to be used in the project, structures, interiors, setting project schedule, estimates, BOQ, design concepts, lay outing. Prepare detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes, often using computer-aided design (cad) software.
