Job Description :Maintaining Daily Bank Reconciliation Maintaining Records like vouchers, bills, receipts & paymentMaintaining Day-To-Day records of transactions in Accounting Software (Tally). Making Cheques & Checking Vouchers Managing AR & AP of the organisation Finalisation of Accounts Handling petty cash Preparation of TDS StatementsPreparation of GST reports and return filingSupervise Executives preparing Sales Bill Supervise executives doing Purchase and sales entry

1) Draft, review, and vet property documents including sale deeds, lease agreements, development agreements, MOUs, POAs, and title reports.2) Conduct legal due diligence for land/property acquisitions.3) Perform title verification and due diligence on real estate assets.4) Maintain proper documentation and records of all legal matters and contracts.

1.Supervise and monitor all finishing works including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, ceilings, joinery, and other interior and exterior finishes.Ensure all finishing activities are executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.2.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other site teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.3.Inspect completed works to ensure they meet quality requirements and specifications.4.Prepare daily progress reports and report issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.5.Attend site meetings and provide updates on finishing work status.6.Ensure proper material usage and minimize waste on site.7.Enforce site safety rules and ensure that all finishing workers follow safety protocols8.Identify and rectify defects or snags during and after the completion of finishing works.

1. Design and draft plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.2. Work from rough sketches and specifications created by engineers and architects.3. Should be able to prepare architectural drawings, Municipal drawings, and GFC drawings.4. Should be able to read and work on Large land-related drawings with survey numbers,Gutbook, TILR drawing, etc.5. Should be able to make render drawings, presentation drawings.

Roles and Responsibilities:Welcome guests and direct them to the right office.Answer and forward phone calls.Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetingsHandling administrative tasksMaintaining a professional and welcoming environmentProviding information about the organization and its services to the visitors as per the requirement.Maintain visitor logs and sign-in/out processes.Manage the incoming & outgoing Courier Mgmt.Pantry / Housekeeping management.

Job Role & Requirements : Lead generation , Looking for new opportunities (Demand generating) Connect with prospective clients through phone calls and emails To make outbound phone calls to prospective clients . (training will be provided for IT Products as well as will be trained for Doing Video Conferencing) Coordinate with the Sales Team & maintain the data in an Excel sheet. Generate the leads , Contribute revenue generation . Schedule meetings & forward the same to TL / Sales Manager.
