3A HR Consulting is founded by Mr. Arun Narahari (Owner) in the year 2016. He comes with 31+ years of Corporate experience in HR and HRMS. He is also a Visiting Faculty teaching HR and Training subjects, Oracle HRMS as well as on Project Management Fundamentals. Our motive is to provide the right HR services for your Organization - be it in the area of Recruitment, Training (in Technical and Non-Technical areas), Soft Skills, HR Analytics, ERP solutions (across Higher Education sector and Oracle Applications) as well as in Business Analysis and Project Management. Apart from offering HR solutions to the organizations, we strive to provide expert Career guidance and counselling to the fresher and working professionals as well as conduct Campus drive at HiEd Institutions.

Arun is a Certified Trainer and has provided training to Corporate, at Campuses and has been invited as a Speaker on few of the Forums and Training Groups.
