Graphic designer who can take conceptual ideas and create visual representations, both in print and electronic media. Our ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and skilled with every step of the design process from concept to the final deliverable.

Responsibilities:

Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals

Obtain input, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately

Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects

Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities

Conduct testing of sample applications, websites and software to Assess user experience and ease of design

Use recent studies and findings to establish the best overall design elements to include in UX design experiences

Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts allowing for interface edits as needed

Combine interface design concepts with digital design and establish milestones to encourage cooperation and teamwork

Other Desirable skills:

Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work

Efficient communication and presentation skills

Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

professional graphic design, creating and implementing UX design preferably with a creative or marketing agency

Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript

Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
