We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Engineer to support our growing operations in biogas consultancy, EPC projects, and product sales. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, an Engineering background, and a willingness to learn and grow in the renewable energy space.

Key ResponsibilitiesMechanical Design & Engineering: Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems for biogas plants, including digesters (various types), gas holders, slurry handling systems (pumps, mixers, agitators), and piping networks.Prepare mechanical drawings, schematics, and specifications for all mechanical equipment and systems.Perform mechanical calculations, such as pressure vessel design, fluid flow analysis, and heat transfer calculations.Select and specify appropriate mechanical equipment, such as pumps, compressors, blowers, valves, and heat exchangers.Ensure compliance with relevant mechanical codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API).Installation & Commissioning: Oversee the installation and commissioning of mechanical equipment and systems, ensuring proper alignment, installation, and safety measures.Conduct site inspections and supervise mechanical contractors during installation and testing.Commission and test mechanical systems, including digesters, gas holders, slurry handling systems, and piping networks.Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues during the commissioning phase.Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems within the biogas plant.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems, such as pump failures, leaks, blockages, and equipment wear and tear.Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment, such as pump inspections, bearing replacements, and equipment overhauls.Maintain accurate records of all mechanical maintenance activities.Process Optimization: Analyze biogas plant operations and identify areas for improvement in mechanical system performance and efficiency.Implement process optimization strategies to enhance gas production, reduce energy consumption, and improve overall plant efficiency.Investigate and implement new technologies to improve the performance and reliability of biogas plant mechanical systems.

About the Role:Lead a team of electrical engineers in the design, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems for biogas plants.Ensure the team's work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior electrical engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.Delegate tasks effectively and motivate the team to achieve common goals.Oversee electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and deadlines.Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including plant operators, maintenance personnel, and project managers.Key Responsibilities:Electrical Design & Engineering: Design, develop, and implement electrical systems for biogas plants, including power distribution systems, motor control centers, instrumentation and control systems, and safety systems.Prepare electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications for all electrical equipment and systems.Perform electrical load calculations, short circuit studies, and voltage drop analysis.Select and specify appropriate electrical equipment, such as transformers, switchgears, motors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and instrumentation.Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).Installation & Commissioning: Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems, ensuring proper wiring, grounding, and safety measures.Conduct site inspections and supervise electrical contractors during installation and testing.Commission and test electrical systems, including power distribution, motor control, and instrumentation systems.Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues during the commissioning phaseMaintenance & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for the operation and maintenance of electrical systems within the biogas plant.Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems, including motor
