1. Lead the agricultural activities in the project area2. Be responsible for planning, implementation, and monitoring of climate-resilient sustainable agricultural practices 3. Attend and conduct meetings of Gram Sabha, SHGs, farmer groups, etc. in relation to agriculture4. Organise/conduct agriculture-related project-level training for the project farmers5. Be responsible for collecting and managing project data and records as prescribed6. Perform any other task assigned by the organization from time to time
