1. Lead the agricultural activities in the project area

2. Be responsible for planning, implementation, and monitoring of climate-resilient sustainable agricultural practices

3. Attend and conduct meetings of Gram Sabha, SHGs, farmer groups, etc. in relation to agriculture

4. Organise/conduct agriculture-related project-level training for the project farmers

5. Be responsible for collecting and managing project data and records as prescribed

6. Perform any other task assigned by the organization from time to time
