The role ensures smooth movement of goods across borders while adhering to government rules and company policies.---## **Key Responsibilities**### **1. Export Import Documentation*** Prepare and manage documents such as invoice, packing list, COO, B/L, AWB, LC documents, Insurance, E-way bills etc.* Ensure accuracy and compliance with customs regulations.* Coordinate with banks for LC negotiation and related documentation.### **2. Shipment Coordination*** Plan and track shipments via sea, air, and land.* Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, customs brokers, and warehouse teams.* Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery.### **3. Compliance & Regulations*** Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, RBI, and other government bodies.* Handle export incentives like MEIS/RODTEP/Advance License/EPCG (if applicable).* Maintain HS codes and knowledge of international trade regulations.### **4. Vendor & Client Coordination*** Communicate with overseas suppliers and customers regarding shipments, delays, or documentation issues.* Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.### **5.
