Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee the construction activities on our project sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Key Responsibilities:1. Site Supervision:- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.2. Quality Control:- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality of work, materials, and construction methods.- Identify and report any defects or deviations from project specifications.3. Progress Monitoring:- Track project progress, identifying potential delays or issues.- Develop and implement corrective actions to ensure project timelines are met.4. Documentation:- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, inspection reports, and test results.- Ensure compliance with documentation requirements, including permits, certifications, and regulatory requirements.5. Collaboration:- Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project team members, clients, and regulatory authorities.
