There was no master plan or great strategy, only a burning desire to aid those who may otherwise be denied a rewarding career. On a chill winter afternoon, two people chatted over it, and an idea emerged. The following week, a phone call from a mutual acquaintance sowed the seed that would eventually grow into the great platform we know today as Talent Steer.
