What will you do @TalentStack?

— Source talent through various available resources both traditional & Social

— Handle traditional job portals like Naukri, Shine, etc.

— Use of Social Media and other channels for sourcing like LinkedIn, Github, Stackoverflow,

Facebook, Behance, Dribble, Twitter, etc.

— Screen the source resumes to see if it matches to the client€™s needs

— Build talent pipeline & talent mapping

— Client relationship

— Building rapport with both the clients & candidates

— Offer negotiations & Background checks if required
