● Source talent through various available resources both traditional & Social

● Handle traditional job portals like Naukri, Shine, etc.

● Use of Social Media and other channels for sourcing like LinkedIn, Github,

Stackoverflow, Facebook, Behance, Dribble, Twitter, etc.

● Screen the sourced resumes to see if it matches to the client’s needs

● Build talent pipeline & talent mapping

● Client relationship

● Building rapport with both the clients & candidates

● Offer negotiations & Background checks if required
