what will you do @talentstack?

● source talent through various available resources both traditional & social

● handle traditional job portals like naukri, shine, etc.

● use of social media and other channels for sourcing like linkedin, github,

stackoverflow, facebook, behance, dribble, twitter, etc.

● screen the sourced resumes to see if it matches to the client’s needs

● build talent pipeline & talent mapping

● client relationship

● building rapport with both the clients & candidates

● offer negotiations & background checks if required
