Identify new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, online platforms, and exhibitions. Build strong relationships with clients, dealers, and key decision-makers. Conduct product presentations and assist customers in selecting suitable equipment. Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and close deals effectively. Provide post-sales support and coordinate with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to drive sales strategy. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Candidate Requirements:For Experienced Professionals: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 15 years of B2B or industrial sales experience (preferably in heavy machinery or equipment sales). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven sales record and ability to work independently.For Freshers: Recent graduates with a degree in Engineering, Business, or relevant fields are encouraged to apply. Passion for sales and willingness to work in the field. Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Training will be provided on products and sales techniques.
