Position Overview:

Zoomlion is seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Specialists to join our high-performance team. The role involves promoting and selling our wide range of heavy machinery including cranes, excavators, concrete machinery, and road equipment. Whether you’re a seasoned sales professional or a fresher eager to start your career in industrial sales, this is an opportunity to grow with a globally respected brand.



Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Zoomlion’s range of heavy equipment to customers in assigned regions.

• Identify new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, online platforms, and exhibitions.

• Build strong relationships with clients, dealers, and key decision-makers.

• Conduct product presentations and assist customers in selecting suitable equipment.

• Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and close deals effectively.

• Provide post-sales support and coordinate with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to drive sales strategy.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.



Candidate Requirements:

For Experienced Professionals:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–5 years of B2B or industrial sales experience (preferably in heavy machinery or equipment sales).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven sales record and ability to work independently.

For Freshers:

• Recent graduates with a degree in Engineering, Business, or relevant fields are encouraged to apply.

• Passion for sales and willingness to work in the field.

• Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

• Training will be provided on products and sales techniques.
