Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Take an extra mile to engage customers. Desired Profile- Excellent Communication in Hindi is mandatory. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the product and services.Support sales team to provide them with customers by implementing lead generation strategies.
