Ensuring complete documentation, stamping and formalities related to pre / postdisbursement8. Complete control of NPA and overdue cases and their overall reduction to minimal9. Abreast with the competitors strategies and market activities / preferences andrecommend future strategies10. Conducting various marketing initiatives in assigned area11. Customer service Attending to customer inquires / grievance on a timely basis
