This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Garodia Group. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing and implementing strategies to achieve growth targets. Education in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Real estate experience Knowledge Business Development & dealing with Societies Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Strategic planning and forecasting abilities Pleasing personality Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies will be preferred Candidates with multi-lingual skills will be preferred

This is a guideline giving you an indication on the nature of jobs / work you will be assigned in your association with us. This will be updated / altered, understanding your strengths and the changes in the industry requirements Generating leads. Calling & follow-up with the leads to trigger Sales. Understanding all the Sales materials and presenting them to prospective Clients. Site visits with customer/s as per their convenience. Proposing, getting approvals and implementing marketing activities for Sales of Projects. Managing and ensuring timely updates on all Digital Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, websites) Presenting the brand at various Forums, Conferences and Committees. Getting all Vacant Rentals organized. Report to be submitted to the management on daily basis. Doing the After-Sales follow-up to ensure the process is completed & the payments are received timely and maintaining cordial relations with all the customers. Taking care of launch requirements of any new site. Submitting monthly plan for the overall tasks planned to be completed.

Will be responsible for creating content and ensuring timely updates of all digital mediaplatforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter Websites etc. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives. Oversee day-to-day office operations Knowledge of Word, Excel, Google drive preferred Maintain and order Office Supplies, Petty Cash etc Check emails regularly and respond within the specified timeframe Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring documents are organised and easily accessible. Manage office equipment and report any malfunctions promptly. Maintain good etiquette & be presentable at all times whilst in the office
