We're collaborating with a leading global fleet management company to find a dedicated Marine Safety Manager for their team in Mumbai!Job DescriptionThe Safety Manager will play a primary role in leading a key department focused on reducing crew injuries on board through behavioral change training. You'll be responsible for driving desired behavioral changes and ensuring a reduction in careless incidents across the Vessel.This pivotal role involves leading the department and providing direction to junior management and personnel.
