Job Description: Dashboard review of the team on regular basis. ( Production, sales and marketing, purchase, IT, Operations, Logistics, HR, Front desk and Housekeeping) Improving efficiency of system Implement new process/ideas for better productivity. Cost Optimization Plant visit (weekly)Qualifications: Engineering and MBA preferred from tier 1 college Must have good written and verbal communication skills with excellent command of English. Minimum Experience - 3 to 5 YearsPreference / Skills: Experience of working in manufacturing industry Well versed with MS office and internet. Good analytical and problem-solving skills Deep understanding of operation management processes Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices) Self- motivated and proactive. Good self-learning ability with leadership qualities.

To run the plant efficiently , increase Productivity and reduce Cost Manage operations budget to ensure minimal production cost and optimal product quality Review production processes and procedure to ensure they operate at highest possible efficiency Collaborate with health/safety managers to develop and implement safety policies for general plant operations Oversee the hiring and training of operations personnel to ensure a capable workforce Carry out research to discover ways of improving on existing operational processes Conduct employee performance reviews and appraisals to identify areas of limitation in order to provide coaching and guidance Delegate and assign work tasks to production staff to achieve set manufacturing targets Optimize production process by eliminating wastes and other constraints to improve work efficiency Oversee the long term planning and initiatives geared towards enhanced operations Prepare and submit to upper management regular reports of plant operations Ensure timely and effective delivery of goods to clients Maintain accurate inventory and ensure proper storage of received raw materials Utilize cost-benefit analytical techniques in improving operational efficiency.Requirements Experience of managing operations in a manufacturing company Proficiency in Excel is must. Strong communication and leadership skills Management and manpower planning Exposure of handling multi product production lines Qualification : B. E / B.Tech Experience 8-12 years
