What We're Looking For: Master Mariner (CoC): Must hold a valid Master Mariner Certificate of Competency from either the Indian DG Shipping (CDC) or the UK MCA (CDC). Tanker Expertise: Minimum of 12 months of sailing experience as Master Mariner exclusively on Gas or Tanker vessels. This is non-negotiable! Teaching Aptitude (Bonus!): Possession of a TOTA (Training for Trainers and Assessors) or VICT (Vertical Integration Course for Trainers) certification will be a significant advantage. (If not, a strong willingness to acquire this post-hiring is essential). ?? Your Role Will Involve: Delivering specialized training on Gas & Tanker vessel operations, including cargo handling, safety systems, and regulatory compliance.
