Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesPlant Head, individually managed the whole plant operation.Develop and implement strategies to promote efficient and cost-effective work practices and monitor and analyse work practices and cost factors within the plant and manufacturing team.Coordinate daily production requirement Heading Plant Operations, Customer Service experience is delivered to OEM, Achieve EBITDA results in line with profitability.Minimizing performance bottlenecks for high productivity with maximization of men, material and machine.Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing operations will be an advantage.To developing new process concepts for production optimization- yield improvement, effective manpower deployment & enhancing machinery utilization Role will be to manage all function of plant including Production, Operations, Quality control, Support function.Develop and monitor all necessary procedures to ensure the continued efficient operation Plan and ensure the proper execution of various activities related with production, QC, QA & regulatory Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.Interaction with customers and vendors Overall management of man - material - machine.To identify the training needs of plant operation team and ensure the plant monitors staff training, and report on training targets in the Performance Reports.Works with Human Resources to proactively monitor all parties in relation to site occupational health and safety to minimize accidents and lost time. Direct and control all factory staff to ensure that they are properly motivated, trained and developed, and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards and in accordance with health, safety and hygiene standards. Desired Candidate Profile Interaction with vendors (Domestic Procurement activity) Willing to work late.Plant Maintenance Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes.Should clear and resolve all production hindrances. Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.Overall management of man - material - machine Great communication - extraordinary listener.Preferred if candidate has some knowledge of heat treatment, metallurgy, materials.Should be capable of developing formulations & managing overall operations of the plant.Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources).Inspired by a fast paced, high change environment. Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.Develop an ability to produce breakthrough results.
