Job Summary:The MBBS Doctor in the OPD is responsible for delivering high-quality outpatient care, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, and ensuring patient well-being through effective consultation, treatment, and follow-up. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and adherence to medical protocols and ethical standards.Key Responsibilities:Patient Consultation:Conduct thorough medical histories, physical examinations, and assessments.Diagnose conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.Address acute illnesses, minor injuries, and chronic disease management.Treatment & Prescription:Prescribe medications, therapies, and lifestyle modifications.Perform minor procedures (e.g., wound suturing, incisions).Patient Education:Advise on preventive healthcare, nutrition, and disease management.Ensure clear communication of diagnosis and treatment expectations.Documentation:Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMRs) and patient files.Prepare reports for referrals and legal compliance.Follow-Up Care:Schedule and monitor follow-up visits to track patient progress.Adjust treatment plans based on outcomes.Compliance & Ethics:Adhere to clinical protocols, patient confidentiality, and medical ethics.Stay updated on healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.Team Collaboration:Work with nurses, paramedics, and administrative staff for efficient OPD operations.Quality Improvement:Participate in audits, training, and initiatives to enhance patient care.Emergency Response:Provide urgent care for OPD emergencies and stabilize patients for transfer.Locations in KolhapurKanan NagarRajendra NagarLonar VasahantBharampuriWe also have opening in Following Location1.
