As an IT Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in driving the full-cycle recruitment process to meet MGTs talent needs in IT and technology. You will work closely with hiring managers, leadership, and candidates to deliver a seamless recruitment experience, particularly for public sector and SLED (state, local government, and education) roles. You will also partner with stakeholders to craft and execute sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn and other talent platforms, to identify and attract top talent. In this role, you will: Manage and execute end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for IT roles. Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruiting strategies. Source candidates through various channels, with a focus on LinkedIn, job portals, and opensource platforms.
