1. Developing in clients/business relationships with new clients2. Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.3. Collect the new requirements from senior and do the brainstorming with Manager.4. Note the key point of new requirement and create a strategy to source candidates.5. Do job posting on various job portals and other social media.6. Source, screen all applications and conduct the first preliminary round of interview to collect all necessary information from clients.7. Updation of database and saving profiles on drive or google Drive.8. Maintaining the various database. 9. Arranging interviews of Shortlisted candidates as per clients availability.
