The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for connecting people with opportunities.Roles and ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client requirements and job descriptions in detail to source the right talent.Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and coordinating final placements.Use various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, etc.) to identify and engage qualified candidates.Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates fit in terms of skills, experience, and attitude.Maintain candidate databases and track progress using internal tools or spreadsheets.Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling, feedback, and offer management.Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.Meet hiring targets and ensure timely delivery of profiles.Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.Desired Candidate ProfileEducation: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).Experience: 1-3 years in recruitment, preferably in permanent staffing or talent acquisition.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and handle multiple clients or roles simultaneously.Strong knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized.Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Key Skills:Recruitment Sourcing Screening Client Coordination Talent Acquisition Communication Negotiation Time Management
