We are looking for a US/Canada IT Technical Recruiter based in Vadodara with 2 to 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for positions in the US, ensuring a good fit between candidates and job requirements.Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms and tools to identify and reach out to potential IT candidates who fit client needs.- Screening Resumes: Review applications and resumes to shortlist candidates based on their skills and qualifications, helping to ensure a focused recruitment process.- Conducting Interviews: Engage with candidates through initial screenings and interviews to assess their technical abilities and cultural fit for the company.- Coordinating with Clients: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their requirements, providing updates on the recruitment process and candidate progress.- Managing Offer Processes: Facilitate the negotiation and offer process, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and employers.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and candidates. A solid understanding of IT roles and technical jargon is essential. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple openings simultaneously is crucial.
