We are looking for a US/Canada IT Technical Recruiter based in Vadodara with 2 to 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for positions in the US, ensuring a good fit between candidates and job requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms and tools to identify and reach out to potential IT candidates who fit client needs.

- Screening Resumes: Review applications and resumes to shortlist candidates based on their skills and qualifications, helping to ensure a focused recruitment process.

- Conducting Interviews: Engage with candidates through initial screenings and interviews to assess their technical abilities and cultural fit for the company.

- Coordinating with Clients: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their requirements, providing updates on the recruitment process and candidate progress.
