Should be able to Counsel Students and Increase sales for Canada/UK/USA/AUS.Describe different visa application processes, benefits and special offers to clients.Identify the correct prospect according to the eligibility standards & convert into a sale.Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.Regular follow up on inquiries received.Identify, resolve queries & handling objections of clients.Maximum achievement of goals and service levels.Effective pipeline management.Able to achieve a monthly target.Any added responsibility assigned by Superiors to enhance more ability.Counselling the students as per their eligibility and requirementCalling on various leads database to generate and convertAttend telephonic queries and convert telephonic queries in walk-insHandling client interactionsThe role-holder will represent Student Connect to prospective students, parents and organisations and works to increase inquiries and convert applications into enrolled students.You will join a dynamic team and will be responsible for converting enquiries from students who are interested in studying abroad specially from Indian national.You will use the superior customer service skills and professionalism throughout daily interactions and communications with students including interviews, phone calls, emails and information sessions.

Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Maintains security and telecommunications system. Informs customers by answering or referring inquiries. Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence. Transferring calls as necessary. Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis. Greeting all clients. Maintaining office services as required.

Teaching IELTS / PTE to the students. Making teaching plans for the IELTS / PTE Program. Managing the class, preparing the lessons to be delivered to the students. Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises Take Demo Lectures and maintain the records. Maintain a high conversion rate for Demo to registered students. Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students. Attend walk-ins and telephonic queries for IELTS / PTE. Basic administration, such as keeping student attendance, Student progress report and maintain CRM.
