Tele caller for leading coaching institution

We are looking for a Tele Caller in Jodhpur with 2-6 years of experience. The role involves making outbound calls, marketing communication, and presenting products/services effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong convincing power and motivating skills to engage customers. A minimum education of 12th pass is required for this full-time position. This job is based in an office setting and females are preferred for this role.

Mandatory Skills:1. Experience in React Native, Typescript, Javascript2. Design and develop features using Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices. Ability to design database schema, develop views and stored procedures. Participate in user story grooming, design discussions and proposal of solutions. Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects. Review and analyze business requirements and provide technical feasibility and estimates. Manage development / support functions etc. Excellent in OOPS concepts, system design. Strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring, Hibernate or JPA and Microservices. Good knowledge of design patterns. Excellent knowledge of JSP, Servlets, Web Services, Junit. Experience in Agile software development. Familiarity with JIRA, GIT, Maven.
