Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Blue Collar Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process for skilled and unskilled workers. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for blue-collar roles such as technicians, helpers, drivers, construction workers, hospitality staff, and other manpower requirements.
