Position Overview:

We are hiring Steel Fixers and Shuttering Carpenters for a reputed construction company in Dubai. Candidates must have prior experience in similar roles and be capable of delivering high-quality work according to project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Steel Fixers:

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for steel reinforcement.

Cut, bend, and tie steel bars according to specifications.

Install reinforcement bars and mesh for concrete structures.

Shuttering Carpenters:

Read and understand construction drawings for formwork.

Measure, cut, and assemble wooden or metal formwork for concrete pouring.

Install, align, and dismantle formwork structures safely and accurately.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in the relevant role with a construction company in India or GCC countries (preferred).

Nationality: India

Age: 25 – 35 years

Candidate Location: Anywhere from India

Skills: Ability to work with tools, follow safety protocols, and work efficiently in a team environment.

Employment Details:

Number of Positions: 20 Steel Fixers & 20 Shuttering Carpenters

Salary: AED 1,300 per month

Duty Hours: 10 hours/day, 6 days/week

Visa Status: Employment visa provided

Food: Kitchen facility provided

Accommodation: Provided by the company

Transportation: Provided by the company

Joining Ticket: To be arranged by candidate/agent

Contract Period: 2 years
