As the Design Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of engineering duties including designing, researching, and prototyping the new product.The Mechanical Design Engineer position in our company will offer you a chance to make your mark in growing EV Sector. The chosen engineer will be leading a small team on its way to various design projects on new product using in-depth knowledge of various engineering software coupled with the latest design knowledge and trends. This role will give you an opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge to the maximum along with a healthy development of your leadership skills.Responsibilities: Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring assigned engineering projects. Research and draft blueprints, engineering plans, and graphics. Develop test prototypes. Use design software to develop models and drawings of the new product. Maintain engineering records and designs. Assess all engineering prototypes to determine issues or risks. Estimate cost limits and budgets for new designs. Supervise the manufacturing process of all designs. Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications. Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.Requirements: Bachelors degree in design engineering, engineering, product design or relevant field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Accurate and strong attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office/Creo/AutoCAD/SolidWorks,CREO Possesses basic knowledge of electrical engineering and project management Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. candidates should be creative thinkers with excellent problem-solving skills and should have the hunger to learn new things Having experience of 0-3 years in the design

The candidate will set up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of the company's product. Candidate will run lamination presses, break down finished product, and lay-up panels into books

Knowledge of Factory machineries, Printing machines, Power presses mechanical, Pneumatic equipments, Hydraulic equipments, PLC / CNC controlled / based machines in a medium scale manufacturing unitKnowledge of Maintenance related documentationKnowledge of Instrument calibrationKnowledge of Installation of new equipmentCandidate must be able to identify faults and efficiency issues and performs routine maintenance on printing machines.Must be able to respond to equipment breakdowns provide first line diagnostic and replacements. Maintains inventory of supplies needed to operate machines.Must able to perform quality inspections of machines. Troubleshoots issues with printing machines and able to make repair of machines.
